Bernie Sanders Attends Fundraiser with Southern Secessionist

This weekend at a so-called grassroots fundraiser, Bernie Sanders was introduced by Guy Saperstein, who is “a former member of the Democracy Alliance, the secretive group of liberal billionaires…that funds Democratic campaigns and causes across the country.”

On top of being a mega donor to Dems, Saperstein has also championed the Southern secession from the United States.

Washington Examiner: “[Saperstein] wrote in a 2014 Google group that ‘it would be 100% fine with me if the South was a separate nation, pursuing its own priorities and destiny.’ He continued: ‘For more than 100 years, the South has been dumbing down national politics, tilting the country in a conservative direction, supporting militarism, all while demanding huge financial subsidies from blue states.’”

He went on to state that African Americans could choose to “relocate” and “would do much better in their new environments.“

It is no secret that Bernie Sanders is a far-left radical who keeps close company with those who embrace extremist ideas and viewpoints.
