Biden-omics 101: Crippling Prices, Empty Shelves, Higher Energy Costs

Inflation continues to rise, despite the Biden-Harris Administration’s claim that it would be temporary. The supply chain crisis has resulted in empty shelves and longer delivery times ahead of the holidays, and gas prices/heating bills are skyrocketing amid the White House’s war on American energy.

Welcome to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ economy.

According to a new report from the Associated Press, inflation rose 8.6% last month, “offering more evidence that inflationary pressures are not yet easing.”

AP: “More than 60% of the September-October increase in overall producer prices was caused by a 1.2% increase in the price of wholesale goods as opposed to services. A 6.7% jump in wholesale gasoline prices helped drive goods prices up.”

Joe Biden’s supply chain crisis, which Democrats have claimed to be a good thing and “high class problems,” are also forcing prices higher.

CNBC: “Amid higher consumer demand for goods that have been in short supply, freight rates for merchandise coming from China to the U.S. and Europe have soared, while a shortage of truck drivers across both the latter regions has exacerbated the problem of getting goods to their final destinations, and has led to high prices once those products hit store shelves.”

To top it all off, gas prices are at a 7-year high and many Americans will be forced to pay more to heat their homes this winter. Meanwhile, the Biden administration confirmed they are considering shutting down another U.S. pipeline.

WCCO: “Customers can expect to pay about $44 a month more on their heating bills this year.”

Bottom line: Hard-working Americans are struggling as a result of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ failed economic policies while the administration’s legislative priorities will only exacerbate these crises.
