Bill Clinton’s Vice President Not Ready For Hillary

In an exclusive interview with People Magazine former Vice President Al Gore declined to endorse Hillary Clinton stating: “It’s still too early, in my opinion, to endorse a candidate or pick a candidate.”

Gore furthered his stance by saying, “Everybody can look at how the presidential campaign is developing and get some pretty clear ideas about how they think it’s going to turn out, but I still think it’s premature.”

Gore, who served as Bill Clinton’s VP and has won a Nobel Peace Prize for his work on the environment and climate change, adds his name to a number of progressives who have declined to endorse Clinton. Current Vice President Joe Biden has also waited to endorse Clinton while taking veiled shots at her.
