Diplomat: Clinton State Dept. Knew Benghazi Was Terror Attack, And “Shunted” Me Aside For Speaking Out

Today, former Deputy Chief of Mission to the U.S. Mission in Benghazi Gregory Hicks, went on ABC News to tell his emotional story about the events nearly a year ago in Benghazi.

Among the points he made were that Hillary Clinton assigned Ambassador Chris Stevens to the dangerous post in Benghazi, that he immediately told the State Department that the incident was a terrorist attack and was in frequent touch with the Department throughout the night, and that he feels he was “shunted aside” for speaking out about what happened.
