DNC Chair Wasserman Schultz Is Feeling The Bern

More bad news for DNC Chairwoman and Hillary Clinton shill Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz… Over the weekend, Politico reported that Bernie Sanders has taken active steps to oust Wasserman Schultz from her Congressional seat by aiding her insurgent primary opponent, Tim Canova. Canova, who has already raised $1 million in his bid to unseat Wasserman Schultz, will now get an invaluable boost to his campaign by earning Sanders’ endorsement and scoring fundraising assistance.

Wasserman Schultz has faced criticism for her poor management of the Democratic National Committee and her sad attempts to promote Hillary Clinton’s presidential candidacy. What’s more, Wasserman Schultz’s legislative record has been blasted by liberals for what they see as a betrayal to basic Democratic values.

Bernie Sanders wrote in a fundraising email supporting Canova:

“The political revolution is not just about electing a president. We need a Congress with members who believe, like Bernie, that we cannot change a corrupt system by taking its money. So let me introduce you to Tim Canova, a progressive challenger who is running against Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz in a Democratic primary in Florida this year.”

As Wasserman Schultz struggles to sell the scandal-plagued Hillary Clinton to voters through tactics reminiscent of Tammany Hall, she has invited those disillusioned by her “leadership” to find an opening to term limit the longtime politician.
