Harry Reid’s Definition Of American Depends On Who You Contribute To

Today Harry Reid plans to attack the Koch brothers, alleging that they are spending to rig the system for their own benefit. Last week on the Senate floor, Harry Reid called the Koch brothers “un-American” for spending their money to boost political causes they support.

“It’s time that the American people spoke out against this terrible dishonesty of these two brothers, who are about as un-American as anyone that I can imagine.”

Un-American? Only if the millionaire and billionaires don’t give their money to Democrats. Reid wasn’t calling Tom Steyer, a liberal billionaire who is spending millions of his own money on democratic causes, “un-American” when he attended a fundraiser at Steyer’s home. And Reid never called billionaire Michael Bloomberg “un-American” for the $2.5 million that he gave to the Harry Reid-backed Democrat Senate Majority PAC in January.

Reid’s not the only Democrat with a hypocrisy problem. Just last week, it was reported that Mark Pryor, managed to achieve the feat of taking the Kochs’ money while attacking them.
