Nancy Pelosi wanna-be Hakeem Jeffries benefitted from a sweetheart deal that allows him to avoid paying thousands in property taxes. House Democrats who constantly call for everyday Americans to “pay their fair share” in taxes have been notably silent about Jeffries since this report was released on Sunday.
The 421-A program that Jeffries benefits from allows him to pay roughly $200 in property taxes on his $1.2 million Brooklyn condo, while the average New York City homeowner pays upwards of $5,000.
