Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are MIA on the Border Crisis

After months of a record number of migrants surging to the border as a result of President Joe Biden’s open border policies, the Biden administration has once again decided to put their border crisis on the back burner.

Instead of visiting the border and working to solve the issue, President Joe Biden, the First Lady, and Vice President Kamala Harris have continued their tour across the country touting their tax-and-spend “infrastructure” plans that will ultimately hurt the economy and raise taxes on the middle class.

It has now been 42 days since Kamala Harris was tasked with overseeing Joe Biden’s border crisis, and she has yet to visit the border or hold a formal press conference on the issue.

Instead, she has blamed the crisis on climate change and accepted a new role as chair of the National Space Council.

Even Democrats, like Senator Mazie Hirono (D-HI), are taking notice and calling Harris out on her negligence.

Meanwhile, the Biden administration decided to spend the last several weeks traveling to various battleground states to promote their own political agenda on the taxpayer’s dime.

The Washington Post: “The early itinerary reflects a clear political calculation, with the first and second families visiting four states — Georgia, Nevada, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania — that could prove crucial to maintaining Democrats’ tenuous hold on the Senate in the 2022 midterms.”

Bottom line: It’s past time for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to address the crisis they’ve created by actually visiting the border and providing transparency on the issue.
