Joe Biden’s Radical Immigration Agenda Threatens Our Security

After spending more than four decades in the Washington swamp, Joe Biden’s record on immigration is littered with hypocrisy. He routinely attacks President Trump for policies the Obama-Biden administration also enforced, and has held conflicting positions on several major immigration issues:

• Despite previously supporting 700 miles of border fencing to prevent drugs from entering the country, Biden opposes President Trump’s border wall.
• Biden supported a ban on sanctuary cities in in 2007, but now excoriates President Trump for his “crackdown” on them.
• The Obama-Biden administration separated migrant families and held minors in detention centers, policies he now calls a “national shame” and “moral failing.”

Throughout his third presidential campaign, Joe Biden has lurched to the left to ingratiate himself among radical activists pushing an open borders agenda:

• In January 2020, Biden promised that “across the board” illegal immigrants would be released into the United States before they can be processed by the courts.
• He’s gone as far as calling for detention centers for illegal immigrants to be closed down and pledged to end many forms of immigration enforcement.
• Biden raised his hand in support of providing illegal immigrants with free health care, subsidized by American taxpayers.

Remember: Joe Biden served as vice president for eight years and the Obama-Biden administration failed to enact immigration reform. Just as you’d expect from a career politician, Biden now wants the American people to believe he can accomplish that on his first day in office.
