Now, Speaker Pelosi is looking to exploit the crisis and pack her own 1,400 page proposal with a wish list of unrelated measures to satisfy her political allies.
The Hill: “This is a tremendous opportunity to restructure things to fit our vision,” Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) told lawmakers, according to a source on the call.”
