New Poll: Hillary Clinton’s Unfavorable Numbers Rise

If Hillary Clinton were looking for some good news right before Christmas, she should avoid liberal polling firm PPP’s website. A new poll released by PPP on the presidential race shows 55% of voters have an unfavorable opinion of the former Secretary of State, with only 38% of voters with a favorable one.

This represents a 5% total drop in Clinton’s favorability numbers from the launch of Clinton’s campaign and the last time PPP polled Clinton’s voter approval. A troubling development considering, she is also trailing by double digits in New Hampshire to Senator Bernie Sanders.

Perhaps voter’s unfavorable opinion of Clinton has to do with her having 999 classified emails on an unsecure personal email server as Secretary of State, her doing special favors for her son-in-law, her refusal to act for years against Boko Haram, her support for embattled Mayor Rahm Emanuel, or her head in the sand approach to ISIS.

Whatever it is, Clinton has a lot of work to do in 2016 to convince American voters she should be their president.
