The Florida recount is underway but the latest lawsuit being filed on behalf of Bill Nelson and the Democrats isn’t coming from his campaign.

While irregularities in Broward and Palm Beach County continue to pile up, this latest lawsuit shows that Nelson’s true concern is winning and not ensuring that this process is handled legally.
