In a radio interview this morning the newest member of the 2020 Dem primary field, Sen. Cory Booker, would not acknowledge that Medicare for All would eliminate private insurance:
Booker is the second 2020 contender to avoid admitting that Medicare for All would end the option of having private insurance. Elizabeth Warren sidestepped the question earlier this week. Booker and Warren’s dodges come on the heels of Kamala Harris walking back her far-left stance that she made during her CNN Town Hall on Monday.
