America Rising trackers caught up with seven House Democrats who refused to condemn their colleague Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for comparing migrant detention facilities to Nazi concentration camps during the Holocaust.
The seven House Democrats who refused to condemn Ocasio-Cortez’s comments are: Gil Cisneros, Jennifer Wexton, Max Rose, Katie Hill, Chris Pappas, Andy Kim, and Tom Malinowski.
The Jewish Community Relations Council urged Ocasio-Cortez to “refrain from using terminology evocative of the Holocaust to voice concerns about contemporary political issues.”
JCRC: “The terms ‘Concentration Camp’ and ‘Never Again’ are synonymous with and evocative of the atrocities committed by Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Germany in which 6 million European Jews were systematically denied civil and human rights due to their race and ultimately murdered in a state-sponsored genocide,” the JCRC said.
