When discussing climate change at last night’s CNN town hall, Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke said he was “happy” with his 2015 vote for the oil export ban, a policy issue causing him trouble with the liberal base of the Democratic primary.
However, in April 2019, O’Rourke previously said he might “do over” some of his climate change votes differently.
