It has been well documented that Broward County Elections Supervisor, Brenda Snipes, has had major issues running her office. Last night on CNN’s Cuomo Primetime, Mitchell Berger- Al Gore’s lawyer from the 2000 Florida recount and current Florida Democratic Party official – attempted to defend what is happening in Broward County. Berger’s attempt to downplay the controversies was met with swift rebuttal from host Chris Cuomo:

CUOMO: I don’t know if it is that casual of a thing, if there are 22 how many did they not find? That is the problem with inaccuracy.
