Iowa Democrat Senate Candidate Theresa Greenfield Has No Policy Agenda
Apparently national Democrats think hardworking Iowans are more interested in “insights and anecdotal stories” than policies that address the challenges they face.

Contrasting your opposition’s policy proposals with your own is a natural part of running a campaign – unless you’re Iowa Senate candidate Theresa Greenfield.
According to The Washington Free Beacon, Greenfield “has yet to outline a single policy position” since announcing her campaign while consistently attacking Senator Joni Ernst:
“Theresa Greenfield has not posted a single policy to her campaign website since launching her Senate bid in June. The Iowa businesswoman, who has attracted the backing of national party leaders, avoids policy details on the campaign trail.”
Apparently the lack of a policy platform isn’t an oversight, but rather a deliberate strategy by Greenfield.
“Greenfield has acknowledged this shortcoming. At an April health care forum she confessed to voters that she was ‘not a policy wonk,’ and would only be able to offer ‘some insights and just some anecdotal stories.’ Her campaign launch video in June was largely biographical, labeling her ‘a proud farm kid with farm kid values.’”
Theresa Greenfield is also the preferred candidate of the DSCC, which endorsed her just three days after announcing. Apparently national Democrats think hardworking Iowans are more interested in “insights and anecdotal stories” than policies that address the challenges they face.
