Joe Biden Blatantly Lied About President Trump ‘Coddling’ Global Terrorists

While delivering brief prepared remarks introducing Kamala Harris as his running mate, Joe Biden falsely accused President Trump of “coddling terrorists.”

As noted in a fact check by The Daily Wire, President Trump has eliminated at least ten of the world’s leading terrorists. Those killed include Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps-Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani, ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, and Hamza Bin Laden, an Al Qaeda senior leader and the son of Osama bin Laden.

The Daily Wire: “Trump has taken out numerous top terrorists around the world throughout the course of his administration. Early on, The Washington Post reported that under Trump’s leadership, according to ‘Brett McGurk, the State Department’s senior envoy to the anti-Islamic State coalition’ at the time, the U.S. military’s gains in the war against ISIS had ‘dramatically accelerated.’”

In stark contrast to President Trump’s aggressive dismantling of the ISIS caliphate, Joe Biden has a long record of weak foreign policy decisions when it comes to terrorism. Biden opposed President Barack Obama’s authorized raid Osama bin Laden’s compound, and opposed President Trump’s targeted strike on Qasem Soleimani.

Robert Gates, who served as defense secretary for the Obama administration wrote in his memoir that Joe Biden has “been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.”
