Joe Biden Surrenders Agenda to Bernie Sanders and the Far-Left

Joe Biden was once considered the Democrats’ “moderate” choice to take on President Trump. But after co-opting so much of Bernie’s socialist agenda last night, that’s no longer the case.

Before the debate even began, Biden announced his support for two radical proposals that are completely at odds with his own record:

Then the debate began. On the issues of bankruptcy and supporting cuts to social security, Biden revealed his willingness to blatantly lie when confronted about his new positions completely contradicting his own record.

He also doubled-down on his “no new fracking” pledge, putting an end to oil drilling, and freezing all deportations.

The two men went on to repeatedly confuse Coronavirus with Ebola, SARS, or “N1H1,” and Biden’s lurch to the left was put on full display.

As noted by The Wall Street Journal: “On taxes, health care, climate change and labor rights, Mr. Biden proposes a significantly bigger government role than Hillary Clinton did during her 2016 presidential bid and what the Obama-Biden ticket advocated during their two White House campaigns.”

According to a WSJ infographic, Biden’s agenda costs more than twice as much as Hillary Clinton’s would have just four years ago, and his proposed tax increases on the American people amount to nearly three times as much as Clinton’s.

At this rate, Joe Biden’s agenda will be virtually indistinguishable from Bernie Sanders’ by the time Democrats crown him as their party’s nominee in Milwaukee.
