At a campaign stop on Friday, Kamala Harris said a description of President Trump and his policies as “mentally retarded” by a rally attendee was “well said.”
Harris capitalizing on the callous comment is a continuation of a period in her campaign that her staff has called a “summer slump.”
Observers in the media have not been kind to Harris’ latest screw up.
