America Rising Files Sally Yates FOIAs

Former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates has been hailed as a hero by the left since  her firing last right. Yet a new story by theWashington Examiner shows that partisan politics may be at play here.  Paul Bedard reports that Sally Yates’ husband, Comer Yates, is a longtime and reliable Democratic donor,  including $3,355 to  President Obama’s campaigns:

“Comer Yates, the executive director of the Atlanta Speech School who once ran for Congress, gave $3,355 to Obama’s presidential campaigns.”

“Meanwhile, America Rising, the influential conservative group, is seeking details of who Yates emailed and called in the days leading up to her decision to block Trump.”
