Just moments after Justice Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed by the Senate, prominent Democrats began calling for packing the Supreme Court:
Speaker Nancy Pelosi joined the chorus herself – and she even went a step further by suggesting District Courts should be packed as well:
Earlier in the day, Senator Ed Markey proposed packing the Supreme Court and abolishing the filibuster:
Bottom line: Chuck Schumer promised “nothing is off the table” and Joe Biden has kept the door wide open by pledging to assemble a commission to study ways to “reform” the court system. If Democrats gain control of the Senate and White House in eight days, this is the radical agenda they will enact.
