In an interview this morning at the Texas Tribune festival, DNC Chair Tom Perez repeatedly dodged a question on whether he will endorse Nancy Pelosi for speaker. The Wall Street Journal’s Reid Epstein noted that Perez had no qualms endorsing in a primary when he supported New York Governor Cuomo:
