The Biden-Harris administration is under fire for the way White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki and State Department Spokesman Ned Price handled reporters’ questions on Thursday about ongoing security events.

Psaki and Price were asked for evidence backing up the White House’s accounts of events unfolding in Russia and Syria, and both times, the spokespeople accused reporters of siding with the Kremlin and ISIS rather than taking the U.S. government’s word at face value.

The eyebrow-raising exchanges sparked a wave of criticism, particularly in light of the administration’s record of deception surrounding a drone strike in Afghanistan that they previously called “righteous” and killed ten innocent civilians.

Whitney Robertson, America Rising PAC Press Secretary: “Despite their Day One commitment to transparency, the Biden-Harris administration would rather disparage reporters for doing their jobs than face potential scrutiny or accountability.”
