The Democratic field is arguably the most progressive and largest ever. And it’s clear that Biden doesn’t know which lane he will occupy as he attempts to appeal to the far-left base.
In March, Joe Biden claimed that he had the “most progressive record” of anyone running or who would run for President. But then, a few weeks later, Biden tried to back track saying he was the “most liberal,” not “most progressive.”
His dismissive complaints about the shifting primary electorate will certainly needle the activists and politicians who are increasingly driving the conversation in the Democratic electorate.
